This full-time, full school year contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting a diverse student population alongside dedicated educators and professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP-CCC license required; SLP-CFs with appropriate credentials considered
  • At least 2 years of direct California school-based SLP experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SEIS documentation platform
  • Previous experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators highly preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage high caseloads and referrals
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory
  • Comfort and commitment to onsite-only services; virtual services are not available for this role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students as part of a talented school team
  • Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring in alignment with IEP goals
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and thorough attention to documentation
  • Supervise assigned SLPAs and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
  • Maintain accurate records using the SEIS system
  • Participate in meetings, consultations, and compliance processes as needed

Position Details:

  • One full-time opening, 37.5 hours per week
  • Support from SLPAs likely provided
