• Waseca, Minnesota

Responsibilities:

• Perform responsibilities typical of a Long Term Care Pharmacist, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for residents
• Provide medication therapy management and counsel patients or caregivers as needed
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support immunization efforts and participate in related clinical duties

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacy license with experience as a Staff Pharmacist or Retail Pharmacist
• PharmD preferred; candidates with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification are highly desirable
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification required to ensure compliance and patient safety
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a specialty pharmacy setting

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Some weekend hours required
