Step into a rewarding contract role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist directly impacts students’ lives. Situated near vibrant New Braunfels, TX, this onsite opportunity allows you to support a diverse caseload in a dynamic school environment throughout the academic year, from August 6th to May 28th.

As a valued SLP, you’ll have the chance to work with approximately 60 students, serving across 1-2 campuses ranging from Pre-K to high school and even transitional programs. You’ll be matched to grade levels and sites that suit your strengths and preferences, ensuring a meaningful and balanced experience.

Ideal Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Skilled in evaluation, development, and implementation of IEPs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable to working with diverse age groups (PK-12) and across different sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned students
  • Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with school and district standards
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teams as needed to foster holistic development for every student
