Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist - Irving, TX

You'll deliver both direct and indirect speech and language services, with guaranteed weekly hours and no extra district responsibilities beyond your contracted time—meaning you can devote your professional skills exclusively to student care and growth. Both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates are welcome, and if you’re a travel therapist, stipends are available.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility by start date
• Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish preferred)
• ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or passion for working with K-8 students in a school-based setting
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed (within contracted hours)
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
