Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with healthcare, teletherapy, and school therapy practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt to varying campus needs and collaborate with fellow SLPs
  • Proficient organizational skills for balancing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments across two dynamic campuses
  • Partner with an experienced SLP to address and manage caseload distribution
  • Implement evidence-based interventions for students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized education programs (IEPs) as required
  • Engage in meaningful collaboration with teachers, diagnostic staff, and supportive administration—including a particularly welcoming team at Terrace
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
