Key Qualifications:
- Oregon Occupational Therapy licensure and active OT certification required
- Previous experience delivering occupational therapy in school or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort in delivering individualized and group therapy sessions onsite
- Dedication to fostering development in children ages birth to five
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique goals
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies across environments
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Provide expert guidance and ongoing support to families and team members regarding occupational therapy best practices
