Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience within school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with serving students with autism and a range of diverse communication needs considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, teachers, and families
  • Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering student growth

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in Pre-K through 5th-grade students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote speech, language, and communication growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and integrate therapy into the classroom
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide coaching and strategies for families and educators to reinforce therapy goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
