Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Direct experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy or working as an RBT in educational or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists.
• Passion for working with children and promoting a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to support students’ behavioral and academic goals.
• Accurately record and document data on student progress and behavior as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Assist teachers and school staff in the implementation of individualized behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and progress to help tailor support for each student.
• Create and maintain a safe, encouraging, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
