Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Recent clinical experience in a NICU, with solid understanding of neonatal nursing practices
- Competency in critical care equipment, medication administration, and documentation for neonates
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based neonatal care including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Monitor infants’ vital signs, progress, and response to interventions, intervening promptly as patient conditions change
- Operate and troubleshoot complex medical equipment such as incubators and ventilators
- Educate and support families regarding care routines, developmental needs, and discharge planning
- Complete and maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols at all times

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
