An Alabama Facility Needs a Locum Tenens Pediatric Hospitalist
Job Description

Work Schedule- Days: Friday to Tuesday
- Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
- Shift Length: 9-hour shifts with pager call
- Average of 2 newborns per day
- Patient load of 0 to 5 per shift
- Level I Nursery with no NICU on-site
- Coverage limited to births, with rounding on assigned patients
- Stabilization of infants needing a higher level of care until transfer
- NRP and BLS certification required
- Coverage for deliveries is mandatory
