School Psychologist - Scottsdale, Arizona

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Arizona
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing reports
• Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and communication
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and behavioral plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Promote a safe, supportive school climate
• Participate in professional development to remain current with best practices
