Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled professional with expertise as a Respiratory Therapist, specifically a Registered Respiratory Therapist, to join a healthcare setting serving patients in both the NICU and PICU. This contract position runs for 13 weeks, with a start date as soon as possible. The schedule consists of night shifts from 7pm to 7am and includes rotated weekends, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment that directly supports high-acuity pediatric and neonatal patients.

Key Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Documented experience working in NICU and PICU environments
• Current certifications in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical intervention skills in high-stakes situations
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Adaptable and committed to maintaining high quality standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to neonatal and pediatric patients requiring advanced respiratory support
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to implement individualized respiratory treatment plans
• Perform and interpret a variety of respiratory therapy procedures such as aerosol treatments, airway management, and ventilator adjustments
• Attend and actively support emergency codes and rapid response situations in NICU and PICU settings
• Deliver patient and family education regarding respiratory care as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all safety and infection control protocols
