School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Kerman, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students identified with speech and language difficulties
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and parents/guardians to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultative services, and document all required progress
• Serve as an advocate and resource for speech-language needs within the school community
