Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students identified with speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and parents/guardians to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultative services, and document all required progress
- Serve as an advocate and resource for speech-language needs within the school community
