  • Full Time (40 hrs. per week) Day Shift\n
      \n
    • Mon-Fri, 8a-430p
    • \n
    • Weekends - approximately 1 weekend every 2 months
    • \n
  • \n
  • Gas Mileage Offered - $0.70/mile\n
      \n
    • Subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • \n
  • Preferred Experience: Two years experience in acute care or home care
  • \n
  • Licensure:\n
      \n
    • Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
    • \n
    • Current state license. Valid driver's license.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently
  • \n
