Our organization, a prominent nonprofit health system in the region, is on the lookout for a BC/BE Physiatrist to enhance our growing physical medicine and rehabilitation team at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital located in Hartford, Connecticut.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected and collaborative group of seven physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists. The position operates Monday through Friday, primarily focusing on inpatient care, with occasional weekend duties on a rotational basis.

Joining our team means you will have the chance to develop and apply your expertise in PM&R within a supportive environment that boasts a wide network of specialized care centers. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and the chance to perform various procedures, including botulinum toxin and phenol injections, intrathecal baclofen pumps, trigger-point injections, EMGs, MSK ultrasound, and more as part of your diagnostic and treatment approach. Our programs for TBI, stroke, and general rehabilitation are CARF-accredited.

Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest or experience in inpatient physiatry, with additional knowledge or specialization in brain injury or spinal cord injury being advantageous.

Through our partnership with the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, you will have the opportunity to engage in clinical education and research initiatives via the Rehabilitation Institute, should you wish to pursue that path.
