Neuro-Ophthalmologist

Our organization is actively looking for a full-time ophthalmologist with a focus on Neuro-Ophthalmology to become part of our diverse team of ophthalmic specialists and general practitioners. This position is affiliated with a prominent medical center and children's hospital located in Loma Linda, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care
• Engage in research activities
• Teach and supervise residents
• Instruct medical students

Applicants must have completed an accredited residency in either ophthalmology or neurology, along with fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology. Candidates with additional skills in comprehensive ophthalmology or surgical procedures will also be considered. Board certification or eligibility is a requirement for this role.

Projected Total Annual Compensation: $235,000

The stated compensation includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which varies according to experience and faculty rank, is anticipated to be between $210,000 and $250,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
