• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident support.
• Provide education to residents and their families regarding safe mobility practices and home exercise programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
