You’ll manage a caseload of 35-45 students, with a primary focus on elementary ages. Ideal candidates should have:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement intervention plans to accommodate diverse student needs
• Comfort working with elementary students and adapting therapy to various learning abilities

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing students’ functional abilities and planning interventions tailored to their needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and team members to maximize student success
• Documenting progress, preparing relevant reports, and participating in IEP meetings
• Supervising and coaching COTAs to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for all students

Competitive pay is offered from $45-50 per hour, depending on experience.
