Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
- Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across elementary and middle school ages
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their developmental and academic goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Support the transition of students between grades and educational settings
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
