Speech Language Pathologist in Fremont, CA

Several contract positions are available for the upcoming academic year, offering Speech-Language Pathologist professionals a rewarding opportunity to contribute at elementary, middle, and high school levels. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and providing therapy for students ranging from preschool through high school
• Collaborating with educators and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Supporting main site SLPs to manage high caseloads and conduct necessary assessments
• Flexibly traveling between campuses; you will be assigned to one campus per day, with locations rotating during the week
• Delivering both direct services to students and consultative support to school staff
• Documenting interventions and tracking progress as needed for program compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• SLP-CCC credential highly preferred; open to both licensed and non-licensed candidates as considered by the district
• Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEPs is advantageous
• Ability to efficiently organize your day and adapt to changing campus assignments
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and passion for helping students succeed

Assignments begin August 7th, 2026. One opening runs through the semester until an internal hire is made (serving part-time at two elementary campuses with morning to early afternoon hours). The other two positions (at the middle and high school level) will support students with moderate to large caseloads through mid-to-late September, with a typical school day schedule.
