School Speech Language Pathologist - Osseo, Minnesota

In this contract role, you'll work closely with children ages 3-5 in an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) setting, supporting their communication growth and collaborating with fellow educators. Requirements & Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in a school-based or early childhood setting preferred
• Strong understanding of ECSE caseloads (ages 3-5)
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to start approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027
• Updated resume reflecting relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans for children with speech and language needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary educational teams
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered interventions
• Advocate for best practices in early childhood speech-language therapy

This contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to fully engage with your students while maintaining work-life balance throughout the school year.
