Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Nebo, North Carolina

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
• Healthcare or educational setting background
• Strongly prefer candidates with an active North Carolina SLP license
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload of approximately 43 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
• Engage in consultations with educators and parents to support student success
• Implement best practices based on current research in pediatric speech-language therapy
