Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working within school-based settings, especially with PreK-8 populations
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly valued, but not mandatory
• Commitment to best practices for evaluation, treatment, and documentation in a culturally responsive manner
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
• Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions for students
• Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Deliver evidence-based treatment for diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Work with students in both individual and group settings throughout the assigned school network sites
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate for student progress
