School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Pearland, Texas

Desired Experience & Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to working across various school locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, families, and administrators
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students across multiple campuses to ensure continuity of care
