Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students through a contract opportunity for a School Psychologist near Saint Paul, MN. In this full-time, onsite position, you’ll provide comprehensive psychological services while covering two consecutive maternity leaves during the 2026 fall semester.

As a valued educational partner, you will:

  • Deliver direct support, counseling, and evaluations for students
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IEP goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being and academic success
  • Interpret and apply federal and Minnesota state education statutes, codes, and regulations
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on positive, evidence-based outcomes
  • Ensure services meet compliance standards and best practices for student care

To thrive in this assignment, you should bring:

  • Valid and active Minnesota School Psychologist certification/licensure
  • Proven experience developing IEP goals and PBSPs with an emphasis on FBAs
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal special education law
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to build respectful partnerships with staff, students, and families

This full-time (40 hours/week) contract runs from the start of the academic year through winter break (8/31/2026–12/18/2026). Working onsite in an engaging school environment, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team making a meaningful impact.
