In this full-time position, you’ll provide psychological services covering two maternity leaves, working from late August through mid-December. This is an onsite opportunity, engaging closely with school staff, families, and administrators to make a meaningful difference each day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in IEP goal development and Positive Behavior Support Plans
  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and applying results in practical interventions
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting special education
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluations, consultations, and direct support to students in alignment with district and legal requirements
  • Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Develop and support Positive Behavior Support Plans utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise to shared student support strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes, codes, and policies
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to promote academic and behavioral success
