Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 60 students
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the district
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language support services to students, both in group and individual settings
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address students’ communication needs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches to maximize student success
• Accurately maintain required reports and documentation
• Participate in evaluation meetings and IEP planning as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
