Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 60 students
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the district
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language support services to students, both in group and individual settings
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address students’ communication needs
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches to maximize student success
- Accurately maintain required reports and documentation
- Participate in evaluation meetings and IEP planning as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
