A contract opportunity is now available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to work in person in a welcoming and collaborative school setting. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping young learners thrive, including those holding or pursuing their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
  • Experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong commitment to student-centered care and individualized interventions
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with healthcare or school experience are welcome

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for preschool-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in an early childhood educational setting
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Stay current with documentation and reporting requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
  • Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
