Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy position is available for a skilled Staff Pharmacist licensed in Ohio. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where pharmacy technicians play a significant role in daily operations, allowing the pharmacist to focus on clinical and verification responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety
- Provide patient counseling to educate and support medication adherence
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently alongside pharmacy technicians
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain smooth workflow
Schedule:
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license required
- Pharmacy experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
