Key Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Confident collaborating with IEP teams, educators, and families
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable to a diverse caseload
• Ability to travel between Aston and Broomall as needed for the assignment
Responsibilities:
• Deliver physical therapy services to early intervention and school-age students, focusing on functional mobility and developmental goals
• Collaborate and consult with classroom teams, parents, and specialists to maximize student participation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress toward IEP objectives
• Communicate professionally with staff and families, contributing thoughtfully to meetings
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district requirements
• Provide services across two different sites: Early Intervention (5 days, Aston) and School Age Low Incidence Program (4 days, Marple Education Center)
