WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) plays a crucial role in delivering a wide array of occupational therapy services. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting, all while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state OT license or registration.
  • Current CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in the field.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and create tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Apply therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on daily living strategies and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
