Job Opportunity: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our friendly team in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a diverse patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Collaborative environment with 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • Focus on outpatient care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
  • No weekend or evening shifts; work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • Minimal on-call responsibilities: 1:6 ratio, with phone-only duties and initial triage handled by a nurse.
  • Single practice location conveniently located next to the hospital.
  • Modern facility with recent upgrades, featuring on-site lab, MRI, and X-ray services.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Approximately 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
  • Bonus package totaling $150,000.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
