Sign-on or relocation bonuses of up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles.

Our Hygienists play a crucial role in providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting office operations.
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient
- Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures under dentist supervision
- Ensure excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices
- Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
- Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary
- Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
