Corwin Ford Reno is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. If you have automotive service advisor experience or an automotive sales or service background, this is your chance to build a long-term career with a dealership that values your skills and invests in your success.

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs \n
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow \n
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and recommended services \n
- Prepare and present service estimates to customers \n
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business \n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions \n
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred \n
- OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment \n
- CDK and X-time experience preferred \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance \n
- High school diploma or equivalent \n
