Corwin Ford Reno is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. Responsibilities:

\n
• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
\n
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow
\n
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and recommended services
\n
• Prepare and present service estimates to customers
\n
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
\n
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
\n
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
\n
• OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment
\n
• CDK and X-time experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent
\n
