Speech Language Pathologist in Bensalem, PA

Step into an engaging and meaningful contract opportunity supporting students ages 3–21, making a tangible difference in their education and communication abilities. This full-time role runs from August 24th (orientation) with students beginning August 31st, continuing through June 11, 2027 (with potential for additional makeup days if required). Work Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week, helping each student reach their fullest potential.

Bring your expertise as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY as you manage a caseload of approximately 25–40 students, each with unique needs such as visual impairments, cognitive, medical, or orthopedic challenges. Direct, consultative, and group services are thoughtfully integrated into each student’s day, emphasizing functional communication and independence. Most students are non-verbal, so creating and supporting robust AAC solutions—including eye gaze, tactile or picture-based systems, and low-tech communication tools—will be a central part of your work.

Qualifications

• Active (or eligibility for) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Experience or strong interest in working with students with complex needs
• Skill in developing and embedding alternative/augmentative communication systems
• Compassion, creativity, and commitment to student progress
