This is a full-time, school-based clerical position ending in June, starting after board approval in September. Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with and processing Medi-Cal requests (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Medicaid time surveys and compliance processes
- Ability to coordinate and verify procedures with staff and track submissions
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
- No special certifications required
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify random time surveys and submissions for Medi-Cal/Medicaid
- Collaborate with district staff to ensure timely and accurate processes
- Meet monthly with Medi-Cal representatives to confirm compliance and proper timekeeping
- Manage and maintain documentation of procedures
