This is a full-time, school-based clerical position ending in June, starting after board approval in September. Key Qualifications:

• Experience working with and processing Medi-Cal requests (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Medicaid time surveys and compliance processes
• Ability to coordinate and verify procedures with staff and track submissions
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
• No special certifications required

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify random time surveys and submissions for Medi-Cal/Medicaid
• Collaborate with district staff to ensure timely and accurate processes
• Meet monthly with Medi-Cal representatives to confirm compliance and proper timekeeping
• Manage and maintain documentation of procedures
