Take the next step in your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and support students across a vibrant charter school network servicing communities throughout Chicago and up to North Chicago. In this full-time, in-person contract position, you’ll provide speech-language services for students from PreK through 8th grade at dynamic campus settings.

Ideal candidates have their SLP-CCC certification and experience working in school-based SLP roles. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required. Your flexibility is essential as assignments will primarily be at two locations (PreK-8 and K-8), with the possibility of occasional support at a third K-8 campus.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience in school-based settings with PreK-8 preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish skills highly valued, but not mandatory
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments as needed
  • Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, interventions, and direct therapy for students with speech-language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
  • Support a diverse K-8 student population across multiple school sites

As a valued SLP professional in this network, you’ll work school-day hours on a contract that runs from July 20, 2026 through June 11, 2027.
