Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology required
• Valid and current Arizona credentials for School Psychologists
• IVP Fingerprint Card (or eligibility to obtain)
• Demonstrated leadership with multi-site schools or district-wide programs
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Prior K-12 or secondary school-based psychology experience highly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret findings
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators on academic or behavioral concerns
• Facilitate crisis prevention and response as needed
• Contribute to IEP development and related special education documentation
• Deliver counseling and mental health support to students as appropriate
