This contract-to-hire opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time candidates at the elementary level, supporting students’ communication development and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active state SLP license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Previous experience working in a school environment, preferably with K-5 students
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support and creative intervention strategies
  • Conduct screenings, participate in eligibility meetings, and provide guidance to educational staff and parents
