This opportunity near Castle Hayne, NC, is ideal for both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to make a difference in a school environment. You'll work full-time, with 37.5 hours per week and manageable caseloads typically between 45-50 students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow eligible (CFY)
  • North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and inclusive support for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a variety of speech and language needs in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Deliver therapy services directly or via teletherapy, adjusting approach to meet each student’s unique needs
  • Maintain progress reports, documentation, and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
