Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Oakwood, IL

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Previous work experience in schools, pediatric, or educational settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of functional behavior assessments and individualized intervention planning

• Passion for supporting students with a variety of behavioral, emotional, and academic needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Provide ongoing staff training and consultation to ensure effective intervention fidelity
• Develop meaningful, measurable goals in partnership with the educational team
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape behavioral strategies district-wide
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and clearly communicate progress
