We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Bonney Lake, Washington. This rewarding opportunity allows you to help students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to create meaningful outcomes for student success.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and classroom communication strategies.
Educate families and school staff on strategies that promote communication development and academic success.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
