Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Silverdale, WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate students with communication disorders to determine eligibility for special education services.
• Contribute expertise in developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver targeted interventions, adapting methods to meet individual student needs.
• Utilize solid documentation and case management skills in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with Washington State requirements and participate in trainings, including up-to-date restraint certifications.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Current Washington State ESA Certificate for Speech/Language Pathologists.
• Active Restraint Certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or documented ability to obtain.
• Previous experience in special education programs is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills and a compassionate, collaborative spirit.
