Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP certification and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based experience, especially with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services, adapting strategies to engage students with diverse abilities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and allied health professionals to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Advocate for students’ needs and contribute to ongoing staff training and development
