Experienced Automotive Service Advisor | Up to $75,000/Year

Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is a New and Used Car Dealership and is Erie's #1 Lease Dealer. We have been in business at this location for over 41+ years. The Miller organization has six dealerships spanning two states. We offer many automotive products and services to our Erie area customers.

\n We need to hire experienced Service Advisors to join our team. Ideal candidates will have good customer service and sales skills, and general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

\n
• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
\n
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
\n
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
\n
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
\n
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
\n
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
\n
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
\n

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

\n
• Service Advisor experience is required
\n
• FCA preferred
\n
• Good customer service and communication skills
\n
• Professional appearance and demeanor
\n
• Good work ethic and computer skills
\n
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
\n
• Pass pre-employment testing to include background, MVR and drug screen.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
\n
