Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP licensure in Texas
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and comfort working with diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in 1-2 classrooms.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
• Provide SLPA supervision, guidance, and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance student participation and progress.
• Attend meetings and communicate progress with school teams.
