Enhance student outcomes and expand your Speech-Language Pathology career in a supportive educational environment. As an SLP, you will work full-time on a contract basis, providing services across two buildings. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team committed to professional growth and shared success.

You'll support students primarily in general education settings, fostering communication skills that help them excel both academically and socially. The SLP team meets regularly as a Professional Learning Team (PLT), sharing valuable insights and resources to elevate collective practice.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous experience in educational and/or pediatric settings valued
  • Passion for supporting students in inclusive, general education environments
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and direct therapy to students K-12 in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting students’ communication goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to maximize student progress
  • Participate in monthly SLP PLT meetings for shared resources and professional development
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports as required by district and state guidelines
