Occupational Therapist School Setting - Norristown, PA

In this role, you’ll focus on:

• Delivering occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Providing full-time early intervention services to young children in community-based settings, fostering developmental and functional skills.
• Supporting school-aged students within an Emotional Support program, delivering direct therapy and collaborating with teachers and staff over three days per week.
• Crafting individualized plans, conducting assessments, and supporting IEP goals.
• Tracking progress, communicating with families and staff, and maintaining documentation to meet compliance standards.

Candidates should bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current occupational therapy license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience or comfort working in school-based and community settings.
• Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Previous early intervention or emotional support experience (preferred, not required).
• Ability to manage time effectively when balancing caseloads across multiple sites.
