Looking to make a meaningful difference during the 2026-2027 school year? An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a well-established program near Downingtown and the surrounding areas. This setting serves students with level III Autism across 15 classrooms, totaling approximately 67 students—all of whom have Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in place.

Work closely alongside a collaborative team of three experienced BCBAs and dedicated clinical coordinators. The position can accommodate up to 30 hours per week and offers an hourly pay starting at $50 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly level III
  • Background in conducting FBAs and developing effective intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral coaching in academic settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with crisis response teams and clinical staff

Your Responsibilities:

  • Observe and coach students throughout the program, providing practical strategies and behavioral supports
  • Collect and analyze classroom data to drive individualized student progress
  • Coordinate with crisis response teams to implement appropriate interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and clinical coordinators to support a positive, safe learning environment
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines
