Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fontana, CA

This position supports a cross-categorical caseload, providing essential occupational therapy services in an itinerant school-based setting. Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: End of the 2026-2027 school year
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Age Group: Cross categorical, various school sites

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Demonstrated experience within school settings or pediatric clients
• Familiarity with home health and healthcare OT practices is a plus
• Comfortable working across various campuses and supporting diverse student populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple school locations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Document progress and provide thorough reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each child and environment
